Send photos to Facebook

The name says it all about Facebook Exporter for iPhoto. This application lets you work straight from your iPhoto library and decide which photos you’ll share with your friends on your Facebook account.

All you need to do is select the photos you want to share and click on ‘Export’ in your iPhoto menu. In the Facebook Exporter window you’ll first have to log in to your Facebook account, then select whether to create a new album or add the photos to an existing one.

What I liked in Facebook Exporter is that you can easily add captions to your pictures and tag friends. To do this just move the little square onto a person in the photo and type in their name.

Once your pictures are ready all it takes is to press the ‘Export’ button. You’ll still have to open up your Facebook account though as the uploaded photos will only be set as pending, until you approve of them in your account. A good way of ensuring the right photos are uploading yet it makes the processing a little longer.
