A free tool for isolating audio sections and repeating them
AnySecond began life as a way for Korean people to learn the English language with a tool that repeats sections of audio again and again. It is now a language-learning tool, a music creator, and even a tool to help people manually transcribe audio files.
Repeat sections of audio quickly
AnySecond does what most music editors do, in that it allows you to take sections of an audio track and loop them repeatedly. Music editors make the creation of repetitive sections laborious, whereas AnySecond helps you quickly snip out the sections that you wish to repeat, and even has hotkeys so you may speedily determine which parts you wish to repeat, and then repeat them for as long as you like before using the hotkeys to turn it off.
A highly convenient language-learning tool
AnySecond has several uses, but its best use is still for the learning of different languages through repetition. Load up your audio track, set the app up, and then isolate and repeat the seconds you wish to keep hearing repeated. Once you have finished with your bit of repeated audio, use the app hotkeys to continue playing the track where it left off. Where it is true that many other tools can do this simple task, there are very few others that do it so quickly and so well.
