Offering the ability to time by the second, count down, time intervals and more, it’s a versatile application that is also easy to use. To start and stop, simply click on the screen. When using it for interval timing, you can set the number of rounds and adjust the duration of a workout before clicking the screen. For box drills, duration of each drill can be adjusted.
