Visual Budget Easy is the sort of tool a manual budgeter may appreciate because it offers all the thrills of maintaining a manually-inputted budget, but it also creates charts, graphs and budget visualizations so that you may see how well your budget is progressing as time goes by.

A segmented-but-easy to understand budgeting system

Visual Budget Easy is a budgeting app that allows you to enter your information and see how your budget works out over a full year (be it positive or in the red) through graphs and other visualizations. The problem is that the free version is a little misleading because it only shows you how the program works and cannot be used as a budgeting tool in itself because it limits the amount of entries you may add into it. The GUI and graphic displays look good and are idea to understand, but you cannot drill down to figure out specific details about which expenses pushed you into the red on which days. Even if you navigate your way to see each expense on each day, it is tough to see which expense pushed you into the red.

May be suitable for manual budgeter

Visual Budget Easy is a good tool for people who are already budgeting manually. For example, if you write and maintain your budget on something such as a spreadsheet or a word processor document, then Visual Budget Easy is a step up because it requires the same amount of manual input, but you also get graphs and visualizations to see how well your budget is doing. If you are looking for something that is a little less labour-intensive, then this is not the tool for you.
