Activate Bluetooth from any key

Bluetooth is one of the most underused features on my Mac and I have to admit, a way of toggling it on and off via a key isn’t exactly high on my list of wants.

However, Bluetoggle allows you to remove the need of accessing it via your main menu and simply hit a key to activate or deactivate it. This is particularly useful if you’re working on battery because your Blutooth devices sucks a lot of power out of it.

Bluetoggle allows you to configure any key for the task and to launch it automatically at startup. When you’ve configured a key to use in settings, Bluetoggle will display the Bluetooth symbol on your desktop when you press it. Accordingly, it will display it shaded-out when you turn it off – simple as that.

There’s not much more to Bluetoggle than that. It’s hardly a massive time saver but may well appeal to those that frequently use Bluetooth.
